On this screen you need to enter all of the passengers that will be going on this tour including children and infants.

For each person simply enter their First and Last Name and then select what Type of passenger they are (Adult, Child etc).

If you are booking on a multi-day tour select the accommodation type you require for each passenger.

Finally, enter any relevant notes we should know about for each passenger. Things like nut allergies, assistance requirements etc.

Once complete click on the Save & Add button to add that passenger and move on to the next. Repeat for all passengers going on this tour.

If you need to edit a passenger (or delete them) simply click on the Pencil icon next to their name in the list. This will place their details in the field above for you to edit. Once complete editing click Save & Add to continue.

Alternatively if you wish to delete that person click on the Delete icon to the right of Save & Add.
