07.30AM Your informative and knowledgeable guide will collect you from your Sydney hotel. Departing from the city, we travel over the Sydney Harbour Bridge to join the Motorway heading north. We will travel directly to the Hunter Valley, which is nestled in the lee of the Great Dividing Range. En route we will stop for a short restroom break.
First planted 200 years ago, this is Australia’s oldest and best-known wine region and is soaked in history. It’s a dynamic and fascinating area that brims with over 150 top class wineries, indulgent restaurants, gourmet produce and boutique breweries.
Your All-Inclusive experience starts with a visit to the Binnorie Dairy, one of Australia’s exceptional soft cheese producers. Here you enjoy samplings of a selection of the cheeses made onsite and of course the opportunity to purchase! From here, you will visit 2 premium boutique wineries where you have an opportunity to taste a range of wine varietals. A selection of our preferred wineries includes Wandin Estate, Margan Wines, Leogate Winery, Gundog Estate, Tulloch Wines, Hunters Dream Estate or if you have a preference, please let us know!
Arrive at your lunch destination, Café Enzo located in a Tuscan inspired village among eclectic sandstone buildings in the heart of the Hunter Valley. With its unique ambiance and enchanting courtyard, you are invited to relax and let the world drift away whilst feasting on Italian delicacies with homemade and locally grown produce.
Our final stop today is at Tulloch Wines for the ultimate wine pairing experience. For over 122 years, the Tulloch family has been passionate about producing hand crafted, premium wines made to enjoy.
Here we will enjoy a delightful Wine & Chocolate matching, with locally made Hunter Valley artisan chocolates, each partnered with the mouth-watering flavours of Tulloch Wines.

Departures: Daily from Sydney City Hotels. Recommended pick up at 7:30am and returns to hotels at approximately 5:30pm.
